I am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I trained at the University of Southampton, Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences, School of Psychology. I have extensive experience which includes working for many years in various mental health units for the NHS and the Priory Clinic.

In order to ensure that my clients always get the highest level of therapy and benefit from the most advanced treatment methodologies and techniques I frequently attend workshops at Oxford University and the Institute of Psychiatry.
